I was inspired when I first saw this video a couple months ago, the Future of Work by T.A. McCann, who serves as founder and CEO of Gist did this video directed by Mike Folden. I've watched it at least 10 times now, too. It's exactly what I believe. The old way of working, 9AM to 5PM, and then going home to eat and watch television, is over - and definitely not for me. For me, my life, my job, my hobbies, my friends, my interests - it's one big bucket. I see them as connected, related... intertwined. The bucket and all of its contents enriches my life from morning to day to sleep. To me - that is the ultimate work-life balance - and as a result, I am fulfilled and inspired and passionate at whatever I do.

hi baby - the vid no longer works for some reason.
I can see the lines blurring between work, play, and leisure time because of widespread internet access for the most part, but it's not something I'm looking forward to. I function more productively and manage anxiety better when I only focus on one thing at a time. I'm not one of those gym goers who's cycling, reading, and listening to music at the same time.
